Blue Spruce Pottery's Policies and Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. There is no sales tax. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment, unless you are notified differently. Cancellations must be made prior to shipping.
We ship UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS. All packages are insured and an email confirmation with tracking number will be sent to the buyer. If you live in Central Oregon you can pick up your purchase at our studio. Please call 1-541-382-0197 for an appointment.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will give a full refund within 30 days or you may exchange the item for another available item. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
